For each delivered solution in the COMING cloud, the standard support is 8X5 (8 hours a day, 5 working days a week). If you need a higher degree of support, there are 12X6 models or the largest, for the most critical systems, 24X365 (Non stop).

Support and maintenance includes:

  • Simple and clear procedure for contacting our engineering team via telephone, e-mail, web, in case of an incident if the system does not work.
  • Migrate the applications that you use or want to use for business in COMING cloud, which will help you centralize and integrate the business information system, and in addition, you get on the security of services that you can now access from anywhere and at any time.
  • Build solutions with Office365 packages. The solution for you can only be based on the Office365 package, and it can also arise as a combination of Office365 and other Microsoft products as well as other third party application tools.
  • Preventive (planned) system maintenance to prevent unwanted interruption.
